The season will start April 6th and go through May 11. We play on Saturdays and practices are chosen by coaches throughout the week.
Reminder for Games: Players are required to wear shin
guards under socks, soccer cleats, and the provided jersey
6u soccer season 2024
Hello everyone! Thanks for being part of another amazing soccer season in Upshur county, we wanted to reach out and just let everyone know what’s going on with soccer this season. You may have noticed some big changes happening to the soccer fields, mainly the 9u & 6u fields. We have had a record number of players sign up this season, 297 to be exact, and that is great. However, it’s coming with a few growing pains trying to find enough space for everyone to play & practice. We moved the 6u fields to the top near the 16u fields where we took our team pictures and added another 9u field next to the old 9u location.
All of us on the board have spent a lot of time trying to make this the best season possible for everyone, and we understand that it may not be perfect YET, but we are getting closer to our end goal! The new location of 6u for the 2024 season is just a transitional period, and we will do everything in our power to make it as best as possible. Thank you for your patience and support for this season and many more seasons to come.
